我的寫作方式，並利用 Roam 工具來幫助我創作

逐字逐句、細細咀嚼，是我對待好書的方式，看一句、想一下，檢討自己的事業、勾勒未來的方向，從書中發現未知、從企業的起伏中找靈感。 我在很多出版社名單中，當他們有新書的時候會寄通知給我，我其實很少主動會去要，因為時間有限，選書就變得很重要，寧願不看，也不想看錯浪費時間。當我看到這本《玩具盒裡的創新》時，心中怦然一動，因為本人正是Lego迷，雖不是什麼重度粉絲，但自從有了小孩以後，指定給別人送禮的都是Lego，小女是先學會「Lego」才知道「積木」是什麼意思，家裡的Lego已經多到爆，但感覺仍嫌不夠，為了要收集已絕版系列，還會跑遍台中四處找，Lego的魅力大人小孩都無法擋，因此有書要掀開它的神秘面紗，我當然要深入拜讀。樂高每年生產3千萬個輪胎，數量超過固特異(Goodyear)和普利司通(Bridgestone), 重建樂高城市系列的關鍵竟是一台…消防車？911恐怖攻擊竟催生了一位積木大師，幫助樂高攻佔高端市場？僅六名秘密實驗員以迅雷不及掩耳的速度，一口氣推出十款桌遊，增加了樂高一年63%的獲利, 樂高最大規模的軟體設計是來自一個13歲的天才小女孩？...《玩具盒裡的創新》，樂高積木的起承轉合

One of the big challenges about teaching and writing about entrepreneurship is there isn’t a real formula, the next Mark Zuckerberg will not be starting a social networking company, the next Larry Page will not be starting a search engine, the next Bill Gates will not be starting an operating system. So if you copy these people, you're in some sense not learning from them. In science, it always starts from number 2, starts with experiments you can repeat, things you can do over and over again, but there's something about business, where the history of technology, when everything important is singular, the free moment happen only once, every discovery happen only once in history. So there's no scientific formula for describing how to build a great company, or how to invest the next thing. So one of the challenges is that there's no formula, no science of entrepreneurship, how can one say it all, we got something new or something different, this is the big challenge of teaching or writing about this topic.
